Position: video content creator (Permanent)
We are working with a growing brand looking to bring in a Video Content Creator to join their marketing team and help elevate their digital storytelling.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative individual who thrives on producing engaging video content that connects with audiences across social media, digital platforms and marketing campaigns.

You will play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates visually, creating content that drives engagement, brand awareness and customer connection.

The Role

As Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for planning, filming, editing and delivering high-quality video content that supports the brand’s marketing strategy.

Working closely with the wider marketing and creative teams, you will produce content across multiple platforms including social media, websites and paid campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

* Create engaging video content for social media, digital campaigns and brand storytelling

* Plan and storyboard content aligned with marketing objectives and brand messaging

* Film and edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, Tik Tok, You Tube, Linked In and website content

* Produce content supporting product launches, campaigns and brand initiatives

* Edit footage into high-quality short-form and long-form video assets

* Ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and visual identity

* Monitor performance and engagement to optimise future content

* Stay up to date with digital trends, social media formats and content innovation

What We’re Looking For

* Experience creating video content within marketing, social media, brand or agency environments

* A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating creative video work

* Proficiency with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro or similar

* Experience shooting video using professional cameras or high-quality mobile setups

* Strong storytelling and creative thinking skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

* Experience creating short-form social media content (Tik Tok / Reels / Shorts)

* Knowledge of basic motion graphics or animation

* Understanding of content performance analytics and optimisation
