Role - Senior Service Advisor

Salary - £32,000 basic OTE £38,000 (Realistic)

Location - Chester

Richard Abson Group are helping a main car dealership in Chester to find them a quality Senior Service Advisor. The business is a well-known and reputable dealer group in the area, working with several brands. They're offering progression, support, and fantastic training. As a Senior Service Advisor, you will be assisting customers with enquiries, technical information and providing progress updates on their vehicles. You will also support the Service team day-to-day, helping to maintain high standards across customer service, workshop loading, and service plan sales. You will be responsible for upselling Service Plans and additional services, ensuring all opportunities are maximised whilst delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Assist customers with enquiries and provide technical information.
• Provide progress updates on customer vehicles.
• Support the Service team day-to-day to maintain high standards across customer service, workshop loading, and service plan sales.
• Upsell Service Plans and additional services, ensuring opportunities are maximised while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• At least 2 years of experience in the same role or similar (within the main dealer network).
• Enthusiastic and passionate about customer service and sales.
• Use of Kerridge and 1
  
  Link (preferred).

The business is offering a competitive basic salary of £32,000, with additional (uncapped) bonus for hours sold, up/cross-sales, and service plan sales – earning £38,000 (currently the team is overachieving).

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-6pm with NO WEEKEND WORK.
