Customer Service Advisor

Overview

We have a great opportunity for a full‑time on‑site Customer Service Advisor to join our team at the Operation Centre in Chester, CH5 2QZ
. The role involves promptly responding to high‑volume inbound and outbound calls from customers, maintaining Service Level Agreements and time frames, assisting members and private traders with sales and return queries, and performing administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.

£29,046 per annum

• Handle high‑volume inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Maintain Service Level Agreements and ensure timely response to queries.
• Assist members and private traders with sales and return enquiries.
• Perform administrative duties related to documentation and compliance.

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Strong attention to detail.
• IT literate.
• Adaptable with the ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
