Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Resolution Advisor to step in when a query or complaint has escalated and needs careful investigation, clear ownership and a thoughtful response. You’ll spend a significant amount of time speaking with customers on the phone, understanding concerns and helping to reach the right outcome.

You’ll work with stores, suppliers and wider teams to resolve complex issues in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, delivering accurate data and first-time resolution
