Customer Account Manager

The Role:

Prepare and issue accurate quotations
Manage inbound telephone and email enquiries from customers and suppliers
Process customer orders
Provide product and pricing information to customers.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent customer service.
Liaise closely with the warehouse and inventory teams to ensure orders are fulfilled and delivered on time.
Resolve customer queries and identify suitable solutions.
Working hours 8.30am - 5.00pm

Requirements:

· Around 2 years experience in a B2B customer service or sales role

· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

· Confident, engaging telephone manner

· Must have strong IT skills, intermediate Excel

· A team player who enjoys a collaborative environment

The Package:

· £27,000 - £33,500 basic salary (DoE)

· 21 days holiday increasing by one every year + Bank Holidays

· Bonus scheme after qualifying period

· Free onsite parking
