Dental Practice Cleaner

Job Overview

Chester Dental Practice is looking for a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to join our friendly dental team on a part‑time basis. This role is essential in helping us maintain the high standards of cleanliness and hygiene expected within a dental practice.

• Cleaning and sanitising surgeries, decontamination areas, and clinical rooms.
• Cleaning reception, waiting areas, toilets, and staff areas.
• Emptying waste and managing clinical and non‑clinical waste appropriately.
• Following infection control, health & safety, and COSHH guidelines.
• Replenishing cleaning supplies and reporting any issues or maintenance concerns.

Cleaning hours are flexible and can be discussed, with work typically carried out outside of patient hours.

• Previous cleaning experience (healthcare or dental setting desirable but not essential).
• Close attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
• Reliable, trustworthy, and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules.

• Experience cleaning in a dental, medical, or healthcare environment.
• Knowledge of infection control or COSHH procedures.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.72 – pro rata.
• Part‑time hours up to 8 hours per week.
