Associate / Senior Architect

Full-Time Office-Based 37.5 Hours per Week

We are currently working on behalf of a well-established multidisciplinary practice seeking to appoint an Associate / Senior Architect to support the continued growth of their Chester office.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Architect with 5+ years post-Part III experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, with a clear pathway toward Director-level progression within the next 3-5 years.

You will play a key role in the expansion of a growing office, working across a diverse portfolio of medium to large‑scale projects spanning sectors such as education, commercial, institutional, and leisure.

This position would suit someone with experience in the North / North West region, who is confident in leading projects and keen to take on increased responsibility, including contributing to business development and client growth.

• Lead and manage projects across all RIBA stages
• Contribute to business development and office growth
• Support both design and technical delivery of projects
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and wider project teams
• Produce and review technical drawings and specifications
• Present design solutions internally and externally
• Attend site visits, client meetings, and oversee project delivery

• Qualified Architect with minimum 5 years' post-Part III experience
• Strong experience across all RIBA stages
• Excellent technical knowledge, including UK Building Regulations
• Proficient in Revit with strong project delivery experience
• Experience working within the North / North West (preferred)
• Ambitious, with a clear desire to progress toward a Director-level role
• Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Collaborative approach to working within an office environment
