Cassidy + Ashton are expanding our architectural team in Chester. We are currently looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect with a minimum of 5 years’ post-Part III experience who wants to take an active role in expanding our Chester office.
This opportunity would suit an ambitious individual looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and design-focused practice, contributing to a range of complex, medium and large-scale projects, across multiple sectors. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. The role will also involve travel to sites, client meetings, and overseeing works on site as projects progress.

Role- Actively contribute to the business development of the office
- Experience of running projects
- Working in a variety of sectors, education, commercial, institutional, leisure, etc.
- Supporting both the design and technical delivery of projects
- Coordinating with consultants, clients and wider project teams
- Producing and reviewing technical information and specifications
- Presenting ideas and design solutions internally and externally
- Assisting in the delivery of projects to a high technical and design standard
- A minimum of 5 years’ post-qualification experience
- Strong experience across all RIBA stages
- Excellent technical knowledge including UK Building Regulations and detailing
- Ambitious in career progression
- Confident communication and organisational skills
- The ability to work collaboratively within an office environment
- Strong Revit proficiency and project experience
