Excellent opportunity for an Architectural Technician looking to join an award winning new build developer working on high quality individual homes within the North West region.

This well-established house builder is based in Deeside and has luxury new build developments across a number of surrounding locations. They complete extremely high quality work, ranging from affordable one‑bed properties to luxury five‑bed houses. They are currently in a period of growth with a large number of projects upcoming and are now looking for an ambitious Architectural Technician to progress with the company.

• Collate and organise all technical information and drawings.
• Work closely with architects and designers to ensure a smooth and efficient process.
• Prepare and design proposals predominantly using AutoCAD.
• Work on multiple residential projects.
• Opportunity to progress into a senior role.

• Architectural experience in a design role.
• Construction experience.
• Experience in AutoCAD.
• Ambitious and passionate.
• Proactive attitude and good eye for detail.
