• Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging, individualised lessons and activities tailored to students’ unique learning needs.
• Provide personal care assistance, including feeding, toileting, and mobility support.
• Use specialist tools and techniques, such as sensory resources and assistive technology, to enhance communication and learning.
• Observe, record, and report on students’ progress and well‑being to inform teachers and caregivers.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment that promotes independence and participation.
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team — including therapists, teachers, and parents — to deliver holistic support.
