Join Tute Education as our parent support associate (PSA) to play a key role in fostering trust and engagement between parents, students, and our educational partners. You will help parents navigate their child’s education and support our mission to deliver high-quality online lessons.
Key Responsibilities- Support parents in understanding and engaging with their child’s education
- Facilitate informational sessions and progress update meetings
- Collaborate with various teams to act on parent feedback
- Monitor and address parental inquiries and concerns
- Coordinate with schools and local authorities for necessary permissions
- Advocate for improvements based on parent feedback
- Experience in mentoring or coaching parents or individuals
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to foster a supportive environment for diverse needs
- Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms
