We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable Cover Supervisors to work in high schools across the Chester area. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing student's learning during a teacher's absence, ensuring that the classroom remains productive and focused. If you have experience working with young people and possess excellent communication and classroom management skills, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise students in the classroom and ensure they stay on task during the teacher's absence
Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment
Ensure that students complete their assigned work and stay engaged with the lesson
Support student's well-being and assist with any issues or concerns
Report any challenges or concerns to relevant school staff
Follow school policies and procedures to maintain consistency and safety

What We Are Looking For :

Previous experience working with young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is a plus)
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage classroom behaviour and ensure a focused learning environment
A flexible and proactive approach to supporting student development
A strong commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanour
