An LSA and a TA will support teachers and helps children with their educational and social development from 5 to 19 years. Main responsibilities include:
Responcibilities,
* Supporting students one to one or in small groups.
* Working in the classroom or SEND classrooms and wellbeing rooms across the school.
* helping children who need extra support to complete tasks, may be asked to look over other children to support or assist.
* may have some personal student care experience.
* assisting teachers to plan learning activities and complete records.
* supporting teachers in managing classroom behaviour.
* supervising group activities
* clearing away materials and equipment after lessons
* giving constructive and guided feedback to students both written and verbally
* attending departmental meetings and communicating effectively with team members.
* encouraged to share best practice within and beyond the departmen
* Payment scale advertised is based upon the qualification and or experience
