Nursery Practitioner Level 3

As an Early Years Educator, you will play a leading role in fostering the intellectual, social, and emotional development of children at Busy Bees.

This role is based at Busy Bees Chester Hopscotch, an Ofsted-rated "Outstanding" nursery located in Chester.

• Create a safe, stimulating environment by preparing materials and arranging rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
• Lead and deliver educational activities that support physical, emotional, intellectual, and social development, aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Act as the key person for children, overseeing development, care needs, and building strong family connections.

• Level 3 (or above) qualification in Early Years Education.
• Proven experience working with children under 5 and a genuine interest in early childhood education.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to apply child development knowledge to plan and deliver activities.
