• Full UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential for this role.
• Deep knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework.
• Strong grasp of early phonics and play‑based learning design.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development.

• Plan and deliver an engaging, inclusive curriculum as an inspirational EY Teacher.
• Create a safe, stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, independence, and social skills.
• Track and document the development of each child using early years profile assessments.
• Partner closely with parents and nursery nurses to uphold high standards.

• Access to a wide network of local schools and flexible daily supply work prior to September start, and for unsuccessful candidates.
• Access to an online CPD portal to enhance knowledge and skills.

Immediate daily supply work is available in the local area, helping to bridge any income gap while awaiting the September contract.

All candidates must hold or be willing to process an Enhanced DBS check.
