Requirements:

• Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a degree in English Literature, Language, or related field.
• Proven track record teaching GCSE English Literature & Language.
• Strong communication, organisation, and behaviour management skills.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one).

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality GCSE English Language and English Literature lessons.
• Support pupils across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 to raise attainment levels.
• Maintain effective classroom management, assessment, and pupil tracking.
