Primary PPA Teacher - Sale

Location:

Sale and surrounding areas within Trafford
Salary: GBP
150 - GBP
200 per day depending on experience

Hours:

8.30am - 3.30pm

Contract:

Full or part-time and temporary

We're looking for PPA Teachers to work on a supply basis in Sale and surrounding areas.

Primary PPA Teacher - responsibilities
  • Deliver engaging and developmentally appropriate learning across EYFS and KS1.
  • In EYFS, support learning through structured activities, continuous provision and purposeful play.
  • In KS1, deliver engaging lessons across phonics, English, maths and the wider curriculum.
  • Support children's communication, language, social and emotional development.
  • Establish consistent routines and positive behaviour expectations.
  • Adapt activities to meet different levels of development and ability.
  • Work closely with teaching assistants and school staff.
  • Maintain a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Primary PPA Teacher - requirements
  • Right to Work in the UK - no sponsorship available.
  • UK QTS.
  • Recent UK classroom experience.
  • Recent experience teaching EYFS - KS2.
  • Good understanding of early reading, phonics and early mathematical development.
  • Confident classroom management and organisation.
  • Ability to create a warm, engaging and purposeful learning environment.
  • Patient, adaptable and nurturing approach.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting children's welfare.
