Core Objectives & Duties In your role as a Teaching Assistant , you will play a key part in driving daily classroom success:
Group Interventions:
Plan and guide small-group booster activities designed to raise attainment in English and maths. 1:1 Learning Support:
Provide tailored guidance to pupils who require additional scaffolding or SEN adjustments in Chester . Classroom Setup:
Help class teachers prepare learning resources, manage daily routines, and maintain an inspiring atmosphere. Positive Reinforcement:
Encourage good behaviour, focus, and social confidence across diverse learning spaces in Chester .
What We Are Looking For Relevant experience as a primary Teaching Assistant or a strong background in child-centred environments. Strong communication skills, emotional maturity, and a proactive attitude in the classroom. A clear commitment to expanding your skill set through continuous education and training . An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or a willingness to process one via Academics).
