General Qualifications- Graduated from the Environmental Engineering Department of a university
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP
- Has taken an active role in wastewater treatment plant projects and has at least 10 years of managerial experience
- Holds an preferably A-Class Industrial Wastewater Treatment Plant Responsible Certificate
- Posesses strong analytical thinking, planning, reporting, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible, disciplined, results-oriented, and a strong team player
- For male candidates:
completion of military service
; no travel restrictions; actively drives and holds a Class B driving license
- Commissioning and operation of the wastewater treatment plant currently under installation.
- To plan, coordinate, and implement Sustainability Standards in paper production processes in Turkey
- To research renewable energy alternatives
, ensure efficient and sustainable use of materials and consumables used in processes, and provide recommendations on sourcing from sustainable suppliers - To ensure Environmental Management activities are carried out in compliance with relevant legislation
- To manage the acquisition, update, and renewal of required environmental permits, licenses, and certificates
- To monitor and follow up on improvement plans for company and certification audits
- To promote, communicate, and encourage sustainability efforts both internally and externally
- To manage the budget, fund expenditures, and cost savings of sustainability initiatives and prepare the annual sustainability budget
- To identify, research, and adapt sustainable practices and case studies from other countries
- To conduct preparatory work for an annual sustainability report
, including ongoing reporting on program costs and benefits, and analysis of past achievements, current initiatives, and future focus areas aimed at reducing environmental, social, and economic impacts.
