What You’ll DoAs a key EICA specialist, you’ll be at the heart of driving innovation, reliability, and safety across water and wastewater projects.
You will:- Deliver innovative EICA design solutions from conceptual development to detailed design
- Create high‑quality engineering outputs, including:
- Cable block diagrams
- MCC datasheets
- Control Philosophies
- Act as a technical authority, offering specialist insight across projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary designs and manage interfaces across teams
- Work closely with project managers, engineers, JV partners, and clients
- Lead bid reviews, assess subcontractor designs, and provide technical support on-site
- Mentor junior engineers and support their technical and professional development
- Manage budgets, schedules, risks, and quality standards
This is a role where your expertise and leadership directly shape outcomes.
What We’re Looking ForA committed, capable EICA engineer who brings both technical excellence and the ability to work collaboratively.
You will have:
- A degree in Electrical Engineering (or related discipline)
- Experience in the water, wastewater, or related sectors
- Electrical power systems
- Water treatment control systems
- Integrated system design
- Knowledge of CDM, procurement processes, and document control
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A self‑motivated, adaptable approach with a drive for efficient, high‑quality engineering
- Professional registration (IEng / CEng MIET)
- Proven mentoring or leadership experience
- A passion for innovation, learning, and continuous improvement
