We’re on the lookout for a Mechanical Design Engineer who’s as comfortable on the tools as they are at the screen. If you’re a problem-solver with a passion for turning ideas into working machines, this is your chance to design bespoke, game-changing equipment that will shape the future of farming.
🌟 What you’ll do

* Take ownership of projects from first sketch to finished machine.

* Bring concepts to life with 3D CAD (Solid Works or similar).

* Engineer practical solutions in sheet metal, fabrication, and automation.

* Collaborate with a team of innovators, suppliers, and customers.

* Research new materials, components, and technologies.
✅ What we’re looking for

* Strong CAD design skills (Solid Works).

* Hands-on mechanical mindset with fabrication knowledge.

* Engineering design qualification or proven experience.

* Creative, can-do attitude with problem-solving skills.

* Ability to link designs to real-world performance.

* Communication skills and IT literacy.

* Agricultural experience (desirable, not essential).
