Are you an experienced HGV or Trailer Engineer looking to step into a rewarding training role? We’re working with a well‑established training provider to recruit an Automotive Learning Coach supporting apprentices in heavy vehicle engineering. This is a fantastic opportunity to pass on your industry knowledge, support the next generation of engineers, and enjoy a flexible hybrid working model.

• Support and coach a cohort of approx. 40 learners
• Deliver progress reviews, mentoring, and workplace observations
• Work closely with apprentices in HGV and trailer engineering
• Support learning across mechanical, maintenance, and manufacturing disciplines
• Combine on‑site delivery in Winsford with hybrid responsibilities

• Strong background in HGV, bus, coach, or trailer engineering
• Previous experience in teaching, training, or assessing (essential)
• Assessor and/or teaching qualification (desirable)
• Passion for mentoring and developing learners
• Ability to support both practical and theoretical engineering skills

• Competitive salary up to £39,459
