- Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
- Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
- Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.
- Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
- Passion for sustainable solutions and net zero goals.
