• Lead technical delivery of flood risk management
  , coastal adaptation
  , and water resource projects
  .
• Manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes on time and within budget.
• Work on Flood Risk Assessments

• Mentor junior engineers and graduates toward professional qualifications.

• Chartered Engineer with ICE, CIWEM, or similar.
• Strong experience in flood and coast sector design and appraisal.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver projects successfully.

• Client engagement and stakeholder management skills.
• Familiarity with NEC PSC contracts and FCERM Appraisal Guidance.
• Passion for sustainable solutions and net zero goals.
