Morson Edge is currently recruiting for a Process Performance Engineer for a leading aerospace client in Broughton, Chester. This initial 6-month contract is on-site, working 35 hours per week. The role requires an NVQ Level 4, focusing on manufacturing efficiency and continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will support the production team, monitor manufacturing performance, and engage in process optimization activities to ensure operational excellence.
