CDM Advisor

Konker is recruiting for a CDM Advisor to join a RIBA practice, based in Harrogate, who specialise in Industrial, logistics and residential sectors. This practice has recently moved to a brand-new office with easily commutable links from Leeds/Bradford etc and does not require travelling into central Harrogate. They also have an office in Leeds, which you can work from, except on Mondays when a whole team meeting is held in the Harrogate head office.

The role is suited to an experienced CDM professional who enjoys both project delivery and developing client relationships. You’ll take a lead role in advising across a range of projects while also supporting business growth and identifying new opportunities. The position: CDM Advisor Deliver CDM Advisor / Principal Designer services across multiple projects Support project teams through all RIBA stages Attend client meetings and lead project discussions Contribute to business development activities and help generate new work opportunities Work closely with architects, consultants, and wider project teams Proven experience within a similar role
