Were looking for Engineering Managers to lead talented, multi-disciplinary engineering teams delivering innovative solutions for water, wastewater, and sludge treatment projects across the UK.

This role is about more than just managing scope, cost, and timelines youll be shaping sustainable infrastructure that benefits communities for generations.

What youll be doing:

• Leading and inspiring engineering teams in a collaborative, digital-first environment

• Managing delivery from concept to commissioning ensuring projects hit scope, budget, and quality targets

• Coordinating with procurement, construction, commissioning, and client teams

• Keeping health & safety front and centre in all designs

• Driving continuous improvement and supporting business growth

What were looking for:

• Degree-qualified Engineer with leadership experience in multi-disciplinary teams

• Background in design & build delivery, ideally in the water sector

• Familiarity with NEC3/4 PSC and contract administration
