Job Title: Legionella Risk Assessor
Location: Chester, Cheshire
Salary/Benefits: £27k - £37k + Training & Benefits

We are recruiting for a Legionella Risk Assessor in the North West of England. The ideal candidate will be confident completing risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems across a variety of client sites. The candidate should be a strong communicator and comfortable providing technical advice directly to clients. • Proven experience working as a Legionella Risk Assessor
• Qualified with the City and Guild (WMSoc) in Legionella Risk Assessing
• Plumbing experience or qualifications is advantageous but not essential
• Good understanding of ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
• Strong literacy, numeracy and IT skills
• Good interpersonal skills

• Conduct legionella risk assessments on domestic hot and cold water systems
• Highlight any found risks and non-conformities
• Produce detailed technical reports
• Create site‑specific schematic drawings
• Meet with clients to make appropriate recommendations for remedial works
• Maintain strong relationships with clients
• Work to set company targets
• Keep up‑to‑date with any technical legislation changes
• Travel in line with company needs
