I'm working with a heavy industrial manufacturer looking to recruit an engineering team leader to join their engineering team. You'll be responsible for a team of engineers, carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the plant, with a strong focus on mechanical fault finding, diagnostics, hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, pumps, belts, shafts. The role will also involve supporting machinery upgrades, installations, continuous improvement initiatives and wider engineering projects.

Continuous improvement or project experience. Strict compliance management Health and safety qualifications such as IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH
