Location:
Chester based 3 days per week.
I'm currently working with a leading global investment bank to hire an experienced Senior Voice Operations Engineer to join a high-performing global infrastructure team supporting enterprise voice and collaboration services.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Microsoft Teams Voice and Cisco Unified Communications who enjoys working in a fast-paced production support environment.
- Cisco Unified Communications (CUCM)
- Direct Routing
- Ribbon Session Border Controllers (SBCs)
- SIP & Enterprise Telephony
- Microsoft 365 / Teams Admin Centre
- Voice Operations / Production Support Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Power Shell (desirable)
You’ll be responsible for supporting global voice infrastructure, troubleshooting complex voice and interoperability issues, working closely with network, transport and Microsoft support teams, and ensuring high availability across enterprise telephony platforms
