Shadowing senior engineers and progressing to field work, carrying out hydraulic hose repairs, maintenance and breakdown support.
The role suits a mechanical apprentice or hands-on engineer with a full UK driving licence and a desire to develop specialist hydraulic skills for a long-term field service career.
