Chester Race Company is seeking a proactive, team-focused individual to join our Horseradish Team as a Cellar Supervisor.

• Accept deliveries in line with Standards of Procedure and checking condition
• Use appropriate vehicles to ensure safe transport of stock
• Log all stock movement accurately using our stock system
• Assist with physical monthly counts
• Maintain all cellars and ensure they are tidy and organised
• Ensure high health and safety standards
• Monitor equipment and bar maintenance
• Line cleaning
• Manage pre‑event and event day cellars effectively
• Manage cellar team members on events, mentoring where required

• Previous experience in hospitality, warehouse operations, cellar or bar is preferred.
• Full Clean UK Driving Licence.
• Competent user of IT for system use.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management.

Up to £28,000 per annum

40 hours per week, 5 days out of 7. CRC is an event company; you will be required to work some weekends and evenings. Any work beyond the contracted hours will be eligible for time off in lieu.
