An established and growing financial advisory firm is seeking an experienced Financial Adviser to join its team. This opportunity is ideal for a self‑motivated adviser who values autonomy, flexibility, and the ability to focus on delivering high‑quality advice without unnecessary office attendance.

Following an initial training and onboarding period of a few weeks, there is no requirement to attend the office on a regular basis. Advisers operate on a highly flexible working model, managing their own diaries and working remotely. Attendance is only required for occasional adviser meetings or client meetings where appropriate.

• Provide holistic financial advice across pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
• Manage and develop an existing client bank while supporting new client acquisition
• Conduct client meetings remotely or face‑to‑face where required
• Deliver compliant, client‑focused advice in line with FCA standards
• Build long‑term client relationships and encourage ongoing reviews and referrals
• Work collaboratively with paraplanners and administration support

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or working towards completion)
• CAS status (or close to achieving)
• Experience advising clients across pensions and investments
• Strong client relationship and communication skills
• Self‑sufficient, organised, and comfortable working remotely
• Committed to delivering high standards of advice and client outcomes
