Financial Adviser – Progression Opportunity
An established financial advisory firm is seeking a Financial Adviser or an experienced Paraplanner looking to progress into an adviser role. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to grow their career and take on a client-facing position in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Advise clients on pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
* Manage and develop your own client portfolio
* Work closely with senior advisers to build knowledge and confidence in client-facing advice
* Ensure all recommendations meet compliance and regulatory standards
Requirements:
* Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (essential)
* Chartered status desirable
* Previous experience as a paraplanner or financial adviser preferred
* Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
* Ambition to progress into a fully client-facing adviser role
