Financial Adviser - Progression Opportunity An established financial advisory firm is seeking a Financial Adviser or an experienced Paraplanner looking to progress into an adviser role. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want to grow their career and take on a client-facing position in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities- Advise clients on pensions, investments, protection, and retirement planning
- Manage and develop your own client portfolio
- Work closely with senior advisers to build knowledge and confidence in client-facing advice
- Ensure all recommendations meet compliance and regulatory standards
- Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent (essential)
- Chartered status desirable
- Previous experience as a paraplanner or financial adviser preferred
- Strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Ambition to progress into a fully client-facing adviser role
- Structured career progression into a Financial Adviser position
