Cash and Controls Assistant Band 4 Job overview

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a band 4 Cash and Controls Assistant to work within the Finance Department. The successful applicant will assist the Financial Services Coordinator in the maintenance of all bank accounts operated within the Finance Department. Team working is essential, you should therefore have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have a commitment to multi-disciplinary team working.

Main duties of the job

To be responsible for maintaining the cash book and bank accounts on a day to day basis ensuring reflection in the ledger within month end deadlines.

To monitor and reimburse all petty cash accounts.

To be responsible for the day to day recording and monitoring of Charitable Funds transactions.
