TRIBE Recruitment are partnering with a fast-growing, entrepreneurial food business to appoint a Financial Controller to support the next phase of brand and business growth.

This is a broad, hands-on FC role in a business where finance is fully embedded in the operation, partnering with commercial and ops teams, shaping decisions, and getting involved in genuinely interesting projects.

• Own the day-to-day finance function and manage a small team
• Lead month-end, management accounts, budgeting and forecasting
• Partner with commercial and operations teams on pricing, tenders, and margins
• Build and evaluate capex business cases
• Improve processes, controls, and reporting as the business scales
• Get involved in a wide range of ad-hoc and growth-focused projects

• Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA)
• Experience as a Financial Controller or strong Senior Finance Manager
• Background in food, FMCG, or fast-paced consumer businesses
• Commercially minded, curious, and comfortable in an entrepreneurial environment
• Hands-on, collaborative, and happy being close to the detail

• £70,000 - £80,000 base salary
