Assistant Management Accountant; Part-Time

Overview

A growing organisation is seeking a Part-Time Assistant Management Accountant to join their established finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with solid finance experience who's looking to step into a broad, commercially focused role within an expanding business.

You'll work closely with an experienced team of finance leaders, gaining exposure to a wide range of responsibilities and benefiting from genuine opportunities for progression and development.

Responsibilities

• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Revenue and profitability reporting
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Journals
• Prepayments
• Fixed Assets
• Assisting with audit queries and year end close
• Working collaboratively with other departments to improve financial controls and reporting.
• Process Improvement & Controls

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in a previous role - QBE/Studier/Part-qual considered
• Strong Excel skills in a business environment (XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, Power Query and Power Pivot)
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills - comfortable liaising with operational and finance stakeholders.

• Preferred hours around 9-3/3.30 daily (negotiable)
• £38-42k + bonus (Pro-Rata)
