An independent specialist tax advisory is looking to add a Specialist Tax Advisor to their close-knit team of specialist in Chester.
About the Role- Provide specialist tax advice across a broad range of areas including Corporate Tax, Personal Tax, Inheritance Tax, Trusts & Estates, VAT and National Insurance.
- Lead and support complex advisory projects including company demergers, corporate restructurings, business reorganisations and succession planning from initial planning through to implementation.
- Build trusted relationships with clients, solicitors and other professional advisers, explaining complex tax matters in a clear and practical way.
- Research and interpret UK and international tax legislation while producing high-quality reports, presentations and bespoke tax planning solutions.
- A boutique specialist tax advisory practice founded by the Partner who brings over 30 years of experience gained within Big Four and regional accountancy firms.
- The business employs 25 people, including a dedicated team of five specialist tax advisers, delivering approximately 30 advisory projects each month.
- Clients are primarily owner-managed businesses with turnovers ranging from £5 million to £50 million, operating across sectors including manufacturing, farming, retail and hospitality.
- The firm's culture is collaborative, technically focused and centred around delivering high-quality advisory work rather than traditional compliance services.
