Financial Controller

As a Financial Controller based in Windsor, you'll oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring smooth and accurate management of accounts and budgets.

Description Manage and oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting and reporting. Prepare accurate financial statements and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Supervise and support the finance team to ensure smooth daily operations. Monitor and analyse financial performance, highlighting areas for improvement. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations. Manage cash flow and ensure effective financial planning. Work closely with external auditors and other third parties when required. Profile A successful Financial Controller should have:
Professional accounting qualifications such as ACCA, ACA or CIMA. Strong technical accounting knowledge and expertise in financial reporting. Proven experience in managing financial operations and leading a finance team. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Effective communication skills to liaise with stakeholders at all levels. Job Offer Competitive salary ranging from £70,000 to £75,000, dependent on the level of experience.
