Position: Forensic/Disputes Manager: large international firm
Your new company A major name on the national and international stage, our client is a full-suite advisory, consulting and accountancy firm. Their strategic aim is very much consulting-first, and to create a bespoke solution around each client need or project. This means they do not operate in strict silos and the Forensic team by way of example go out to market as a whole function.

The firm has attracted over 20 new Partners into Consulting around the UK over the last couple of years, and as part of this Forensics now has a dynamic new leadership, with a real focus on and investment in digital, cyber and tech. Your new role Disputes is also digitally enabled - I can explain more to any relevant applications - but their approach is landing well with clients.

Disputes is also an area of expansion for the firm , and the good news is that as a Manager here you'll quite literally have access to every case type across: transaction disputes SPA/completion accounts warranty & indemnity contentious valuations business interruption/associated litigation quantum/damages/other disputes occasional involvement (if desired) in investigations A full job spec is available, but essentially this is a competitive blend of case, delivery and client management and one which will bring you superb internal profile across the whole firm.

What you'll need to succeed ACA or equivalent Disputes/quantum experience gained to at least strong AM level, and in the UK Enjoyment of expert witness and expert determination cases Enjoyment of valuation-related matters Already contributing sections of reports Happy being part of a small but very much growing team with plenty of current and future investment Willingness to form internal relationships with a view to generating leads/referrals Full and unlimited working rights in the UK (our client cannot sponsor this role now or in the future)
