Financial Controller | Interim or Permanent Opportunity | Office Based A growing manufacturing business is looking to appoint a commercially focused Financial Controller to provide strong financial leadership and support the next phase of its development. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a high-profile role with real influence across the organisation. Whether you're an experienced interim professional who enjoys delivering immediate impact or a permanent candidate looking for your next long-term challenge, this position offers the opportunity to play a key role in both the financial and commercial success of the business.

Key Responsibilities Leading the finance function and ensuring robust financial control. Producing monthly management accounts and delivering meaningful financial insight. Managing budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and working capital. Supporting strategic decision-making through commercial analysis and financial modelling. Driving process improvements, reporting enhancements and operational efficiencies. Developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders and leading the finance team. About You You will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) with experience operating in a senior finance role.

You'll combine strong technical expertise with commercial awareness and the confidence to challenge, influence and support business decisions.

Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG or another operational environment would be advantageous but is not essential. Why Consider This Role?
