City of Marlborough - Community Development Authority | Housing Division is seeking a Lease Coordinator to manage rent determinations for state public housing and voucher housing, including HUD Section 8. You will support the Program Manager and Director of Leased Housing with applicant review and waiting list management.
Essential duties include calculating initial and interim rents, preparing recertification packages, and ensuring regulatory compliance across files.
