Home Care Workers Required – Chester & Surrounding Areas
4 on / 4 off | 7am – 7pm | Guaranteed Hours

We are currently recruiting TWO Care Workers to join our team covering the Chester and wider Cheshire area. This is not a multi-client split role — you will be completing short visits (30 minutes–1 hour) with a range of service users throughout your shift.

Little & Great Sutton
Upton
Great Boughton
Handbridge
Saughall
Blacon

Role Requirements:

Female applicants only (client request due to personal care required)
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
Experience not essential – we welcome both:  
Experienced care workers
Those new to care (full training provided)

Key Duties:

Assisting with personal care
Food and drink preparation
Supporting clients with daily living tasks
Providing compassionate, person-centred care

What We Offer:

£13.25 – £16.56 per hour
Full training and ongoing support
Consistent 4 on / 4 off shift pattern
Guaranteed hours once commitment is demonstrated
