Overview
A rural healthcare provider is seeking a Supervisor of Therapy Services in Chester. This role combines leadership with patient care, suitable for a Licensed Physical Therapist with at least one year of leadership experience. Responsibilities- Provide leadership and clinical oversight of Therapy Services.
- Support and mentor the therapy team to deliver quality patient care.
- Engage with a diverse patient population in a welcoming community.
- Coordinate flexible scheduling arrangements for candidates relocating from outside Chester.
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT).
- At least one year of leadership experience.
