We are offering an exciting opportunity to support a range of individuals with varying needs, working in learning disability and mental health environments.
Responsibilities- Support service users in the community
- Assist with hobbies and personal care tasks
- Promote independence by encouraging everyday task completion
- Be over the age of 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Be a UK resident; sponsorship not offered
- Have at least 6 months of prior experience in a healthcare setting
- Have excellent communication skills and basic sector knowledge
- Be able to build strong rapport with service users who have varying needs and abilities
- Have a genuine passion for working in the healthcare sector
- Flexible shifts that fit around you
