The Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust seeks a Clinical Support Worker to provide compassionate support to adults and older adults across acute and rehabilitation inpatient services at Bowmere Hospital in Chester.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe, person-centred care in a 24-hour inpatient setting, with a focus on low‑centred care and maintaining high safety standards.
