Active Care Group in Flint is seeking carers to support a 4-year-old boy with complex health needs fts include days and waking nights as part of a new home care package, with initial hospital-based shifts in Rhyl.
You will join a dedicated team, receive specialist training, and benefit from a Nest pension and regular monthly rotas. This is a zero-hours role with rewarding development opportunities.
