You'll be working in one of our households with a warm, friendly team as a Team Senior Carer
. Working in Belong Chester you can make a real impact to the lives of older people; giving them the support to continue to live independently by providing excellent personal centred care.

- Uploading day to day details on care plans
Required Qualifications
- Care Certificate (Skills for Care) or NVQ Level 2 or above in Health and Social Care
- Experience supporting older adults in a dementia care setting
- Experience administering and recording medication accurately, along with updating care plans and daily resident records
- Eligible to work in the UK and able to commute to Chester within around 30 minutes
- Must not require visa sponsorship, and must have at least 6 months remaining on current right-to-work permission in the UK
- Available to work 8-3, 3-10, and occasional long-day shifts, including alternate weekends on both Saturday and Sunday
- Experience leading shifts and deputising for the Team Leader
- Experience completing staff appraisals and supervisions
- Experience completing safeguarding forms and reporting safeguarding concerns
