Job overview

The post holder will support the Head of Experts by Experience in the co-ordination and administration of the overarching EbE Programme of activities.

The post holder will work closely with people with lived experience of services (Experts by Experience), families and carers, Commissioners and Clinicians to inform and improve specialised mental health services. As a member of the commissioning team the post holder will work closely with commissioned N HS and private sector providers across the North West and partners.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will also support the Head of Experts by Experience (Commissioning Team) in the co-ordination and administration of the overarching EbE Programme of activities. To support the management and delivery of specific, time bound projects under the direction of the overall EbE Programme, ensuring all outcome measures, metrics and key deliverables are met, within the milestones/deadlines set and resources agreed in the programme scope.

Experts by experience are at the core of the Lead Provider Collaborative Commissioning Team, working together with commissioned NHS and private sector providers of specialised mental health services across the North West, clinicians across the pathway, public and third sector organisations to improve services.
