Bank Support Worker - Driver

Locations: Caerwys, Mold, Kinmel Bay, Ruthin, Mancot, Flint, Rhyl, St Asaph, Holywell - Must be a driver

Contract: Bank / zero-hours - providing cover for sickness, annual leave, and service needs as required

Are you a compassionate and reliable support worker with a full driving licence, looking for a flexible bank role? Join Active Care Group, a leading provider of specialist care, and support our North Wales teams by providing essential cover during staff sickness and annual leave. This role is ideal for those seeking ad-hoc or flexible work, alongside other commitments. This is not a domiciliary care role.

You will be part of a specialist team delivering one-to-one support to clients with complex needs, including spinal injuries, brain injuries, epilepsy, neurological conditions, and learning disabilities.

When you'll work:

• Day and night shifts available
• Bank shifts offered as required to cover sickness and annual leave across our North Wales packages
• Flexible scheduling based on service need and your availability

• Personal care
• Medication administration
• Moving and handling
• Managing clinical equipment
• Shopping
• Providing short-term and ongoing cover within existing care packages, and supporting new packages when needed

• Up to £14 per hour, dependent on NVQ qualification
• Full specialist training provided
• Ongoing support from your Care Manager
